Bella Lamp was on the 2024 4x800 relay team that broke a 31-year-old record, and she recently broke a 23-year-old record for the 400m Hurdles that Ashley Adams previously held! Then, she broke her own record at the Drake Relays on April 26, 2025, with a time of 1:03.44. Congratulations, Bella!
